Estimates and Booking
We provide free estimates based on the square footage of the property and the type of cleaning service required. In most cases, an in-person walkthrough is not necessary.
For larger commercial spaces, post-construction projects, or specialized cleaning, we may recommend a walkthrough when needed to properly assess the scope of work.
Providing the Highest Quality Cleaning
To help our team focus fully on the scheduled cleaning, we kindly ask clients to remove clothing, toys, paperwork, and other personal belongings from the areas being cleaned whenever possible. If excessive clutter is present, our team will clean around those areas.
For homes that have not been professionally maintained, we may recommend beginning with a Deep Cleaning. This establishes a clean baseline before moving to ongoing Regular Maintenance Cleaning.
Service Policy
For safety, liability, and quality reasons, certain services are not included unless agreed upon in advance. We do not provide heavy-duty wall washing, exterior window cleaning, carpet shampooing, or the moving of large or heavy appliances. Our team does not remove or reinstall window screens. Chandeliers and specialty lighting are cleaned only when they can be safely reached, without removal. In mechanical or furnace rooms, our service is limited to accessible floor cleaning and light dusting. Our team does not move or handle gas lines, pipes, or mechanical equipment.
Specialty surfaces, including marble, natural stone, delicate flooring, and high-end finishes, are cleaned using safe and gentle methods only. *If pets are present, we kindly ask that they be kept in a safe and comfortable area while our team is cleaning.
Cancellation and Lockout Policy
We understand that plans can change; however, our cleaning teams and schedules are arranged in advance specifically for each client.
We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. A cancellation or lockout fee equal to the full scheduled service price will apply if: • A service is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice • Our team cannot access the property upon arrival • We are turned away at the door
After-Hours, Weekend and Holiday Scheduling
After-hours, weekend, and holiday cleaning may be available when arranged in advance.
Availability is considered on a case-by-case basis and may include an additional charge depending on scheduling, staffing, building access, and the scope of work. Any additional pricing will always be discussed before the service is booked.
Pricing and Additional Charges
Our pricing reflects the cost of operating a professional cleaning company and includes labour, travel time, professional cleaning products and equipment, insurance, bonding, and WorkSafeBC coverage.
Pricing is based on the service requested, the size and condition of the property, and the agreed scope of work. Any additional services or charges will be discussed and approved before the cleaning is scheduled.

Detailed Cleaning Services
Our cleaning services are tailored to the individual needs of each property. Regular Maintenance Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, and additional services are completed according to the scope agreed upon at booking.
Interior appliances, reachable interior windows, and interior cabinet cleaning are available only when included in the agreed scope of work.

24-Hour Service Excellence Promise
If you notice that an area included in the agreed cleaning scope was missed, please contact us within 24 hours after the service. We will arrange to return and address that specific area.
