Cleaning service policy
For safety, liability, and quality reasons, there are some services we do not provide. We do not offer heavy-duty wall washing, exterior window cleaning, carpet shampooing, or moving large/heavy appliances to clean behind or underneath them. We also do not remove or reattach window screens, move very heavy furniture, clean high chandeliers or specialty lighting that cannot be safely reached, or handle mechanical/furnace room equipment, gas lines, or pipes.
For specialty surfaces such as marble, natural stone, delicate floors, or high-end finishes, we use safe and gentle cleaning methods only.
Cancellation/ lockout policy
Please note that if service is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, we are unable to access the facilities upon arrival or are turned away at the door a cancellation/lockout fee equal to the full service price will be charged.
To avoid any fees, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling.
